I’m a trainer because I love to watch people discover their strength! Over the course of private sessions or classes, I get to see people get more coordinated, more flexible and more capable of doing things they didn’t know they could do.
Make the most of your hour. Core+More fitness classes are perfect for new moms looking to lose baby weight, those who need a little extra motivation to do their weight training, or people who just don’t want to have to join a gym to take a great class.
Designed to make you strong and lean from the core on out, each class includes circuit training for strength and balance, and plenty
of core work to ensure your muscle tone starts on the inside. Classes are women-only, in a small-group setting, and all activity levels are welcome.
Grit is for folks who like to go hard, and get it done. Less instruction, more motivation. The small-group session will take place mostly in the garage and outdoors, using TRX, battle ropes, slam balls, jump rope, etc.

Brandy is the best and her classes are great for those of us who aren’t so into a traditional gym set up. The group classes are small, hard work, and yet lots of fun. There are all ages, sizes, and strengths and Brandy always has modifications to make something harder or easier depending on your level. I’ve noticed a significant difference in my core strength and found a new spark of motivation to stay active with Brandy’s warmth and encouragement!”
